The Coach Deficiency module has been added, allowing users to report and manage various coach deficiencies such as AC failure, berth or coach damaged, lower class coach attached etc. Data submitted through this module will be referenced during the processing of coaching refund cases by the Web Enabled Coaching Refund System.
  2. Passengers who have filed Ticket Deposit Receipts (TDRs) will be labeled in the chart view.
  3. Passing-by stations have been removed from the EFT module and the Boarding Point filters of chart view page.
  4. Configurable chart auto-pull has been enabled to ensure that the chart available on the device remains up-to-date.
  5. In the train schedule, passing-by stations and deleted stations are now marked separately.

HHT Client Auto Berth Release 2.7.2-v9

About

This version of HHT app is same as 2.7.2 with facility of Automatic Berth allocation to RAC, Part WL, Full WL, and standing Passengers with proper boarding authority (EFT/Pass holders).

Process

  1. Complete attendance marking (Turn UP and Not Turn UP both) in a Coach with selected Boarding Points and save changes.
  2. Press Auto Allot Berth button. a. It will assign available vacant berths (from assigned coaches of TTE) to turned up i. RAC passenger ii. Part WL passenger b. If all RAC and Part WL passengers from assigned coaches are confirmed, remaining vacant berths will be used to allot Full WL and other standing passengers with valid travel authority. c. After allotting berths to passengers, it will show berth allocation summary of current allocation
  3. Move to other assigned coaches and perform the same.
  4. After allotment of all RAC, part WL, and other standing passengers, remaining vacant berths will be released to PRS and all changes done will be synchronised with server automatically.
  5. Pass booking module only allow assignment of “standing “option only. Berth will be allotted from “Allot Berth & Release” button from chart page.

Points to note

  1. All team members in a train should use auto allotment version for best results.
  2. During auto allocation, priority maintained in selected coach only. So lowest RAC no in that Coach will get first priority.
  3. RAC passenger’s initial berth numbers in PRS chart may not be according to the RAC waiting list number always.
  4. HHT auto allocation will give priority to the lowest RAC/waiting list number only (not berth number sequence).
  5. No berth allocation will take place if user does not press “Allot Berth & Release” button on chart page after marking passenger attendance explicitly.
  6. Auto allocation will not take place if there is any unchecked RAC or Part WL passenger present in the selected coach and boarding points to restrict priority breach among passengers present in the selected coach and boarding points.
